Spring Outdoor Camping

The lovely spring weather in New York is very inviting. I just love how the cold breeze feels in my skin and the weather is very accommodating of outdoor camping activities too. We sat in Bryant Park for few hours just people-watching the other day. The grassy field in the middle was the same ice-skating rink during winter. I was wondering if the residents there can actually bring their kelty tents and install them on the grassy field. That would be a great thing to do if it is allowed by the municipality. I hope the local community government body considers that because people will have more fun lounging under the sun and enjoying the nature around NYC!
