It's been a while since I last went home. I think, come July, it will be a year since I last traveled to the Philippines. Times have changed. I don't travel as much as I used too. I am very strict with my budget these days especially now that we will have a major project to do by the end of the year. So any opportunity I can get to save money is really important. There are so many things to do back home. I have paper work to process for the Land Title and I have to run errands which I have not done so in the past. If I can only do all these things through video conferencing and legal power of attorney documentations, then there will be less stress, hassle, expenses and trip to think of. I didn't realize that selling a property will be a lot of hassle. I have a lot on my plate to face when I come home in July for few days. I just hope that time (and the money) will be enough to finish what I have to so I can heave a sigh of relief.
