ReplyDeleteHere in Singapore, the government is very active in encouraging career oriented people to engage in continuing education because it is the only way to stay afloat in the country's very competitive working environment.
ReplyDeleteBack when I was still working, my company would always see to it that everyone got a 40 hours of training within a year. And I can say it’s really effective in terms of job efficiency.

ReplyDeleteTraining is actually topmost reason why the daughter accepts her first job - there were other job offers but she opted for one which offer training which can further her knowledge.
