I have been diligently enhancing my skills and acquiring more knowledge in my field and other areas of the industry where I am at to boost my career growth.

Training, seminars and workshops have greatly affected my work performance because of the skills I learned and soft skills I have learned to improve.   11. Back when I was still working, my company would always see to it that everyone got a 40 hours of training within a year. And I can say it’s really effective in terms of job efficiency.
