Review - Dream Essentials Sleep Mask #dreamessentials

I love traveling and part of my travel accessory is a sleeping mask and ear plugs, especially when it is a long haul. Aside from using sleeping mask for my travel, it is equally helpful to use when I am having migraine bouts.

This lightweight sleep mask is very conducive to sleeping. Reason for that is because it has contoured eye area so it does not press on your eyes when asleep. Unlike my other sleeping masks that are flat on my eyes, this one did not cause any inconvenience and no pressure on pressing against my eyelids so it is pain-free.

I also found the contoured nose bridge a good plus point because again, it does not press on my nose area and not that I have a very high bridge, it's just cumbersome to feel something pressed against your face.

It comes with free ear buds too and a cute small pouch to keep the mask dust-free. The mask can also be folded as it is soft with soft, foamy texture that will not rub against your skin that may cause rashes or scratching.

Aside from using this for travel, I also used this sleeping mask while I also suffer from migraine. I just find it shutting out light effectively and since it is soft, it didn't add much pressure to my throbbing head.

The Dream Essentials Sweet Dreams sleeping mask can be adjusted too. It uses velcro snap at the back so you can adjust accordingly.

It also has a free small pouch to keep this Dream Essentials Sleep mask dust free.

My recommendation:  I highly recommend this Dream Essentials Sleep Mask not just for travels.  I like this a lot and I find it useful for my travel and most especially for my migraine bouts as I use sleeping mask to ward off light and relax my eye area.
