Getting enough zzzzzz's is very important to one's well-being. There is a reason why the doctor asked us to have at least 8 hours of sleep because of it's health benefits such as:

5. Gives the skin an opportunity to recover and renew
6. Recharges the body and mind

8. Makes you smarter

12. Perks you mood
So, sleep right and sleep tight! Give your body a chance to rest and heal because our body system needs some downtime too.
I sooo want to sleep, but i get only 5-6 hrs every night. I go to bed early, but I also get up early. Hard as I try, I can't go back to sleep. Even after a late night, I still get up early the next day...haaay!
ReplyDeleteYes sis, you have to sleep at least 8 hours to fulfill your body's need to recharge and heal. Take naps in between the day if you have a hard time sleeping soundly at night. Sometimes, ganun ginagawa ko eh.
