The Many Health Benefits of Kangen Water

    USANA's Proflavanol C For My Sinus

    I have a chronic sinusitis. It has been like that for as long as I can remember. So, most days of the year, my sinus is blocked and I find it difficult to smell because my sinus is usually blocked and it's affecting my olfactory sense.

    I am taking Vitamin C regularly. I feel that is not enough.  I still have blocked sinus. I tried using nose drops to unclog my sinus cavity and also prevent the pressure that builds up and causing my migraine most of the time.  This has been my cycle for many years. Unfortunately, I cannot take medication to relieve my sinusitis pain due to allergic reaction to most medications. I have to make do with whatever helps, albeit temporarily.

    I want to get our of that cycle. I'm getting tired already. I want to drink something that will actually work and I have to do it quick because the season is changing. I don't want to keep blowing my nose to clear my nasal passages.

    The 7-Minute Workout For The Busy People

    It is hard to make an excuse when it is only to spare 7 minutes of our time in a day to engage in activities that will enhance our health and wellbeing. 7 minutes. It can't be that hard, right?

    Well, good news for everyone who is always busy, always have an excuse to miss gym sessions or not to exercise, always forgetting to devote time to be physically fit, and those who just have lazy behinds like myself. I am guilty! So, when I saw this free 7-minute workout in the web and watched how easy it is to follow them, I feel so ashamed. I practically have no more excuse to make after watching it. I take more time sitting, thinking of what to eat for dinner compared to getting myself dressed for a good workout and actually engaging on the 7-minute workout.

    According to the site, it consists of 12 exercises using your body weight, a chair and a wall. I can live with that!






    Advanced 7-minute workout

    This is the more intense and demanding workout out of the two in the site. It requires you to have dumbbells. It also takes only 7-minutes to complete the routine.




    The site comes with a choice of 2 voice overs, Phoebe, your female cheerer or Alastair, your male voice coach. And if you want silence, just the visuals, then you can disable the voice over as you please.

    This 7-minute workout is a great routine and they are not complicated unlike the other fitness videos I have seen before.  Now, I don't have any reason not to exercise even for just few minutes in a day.

    FitTea Review





    Losing weight is my primary goal this year. I am still in the yo-yo stage and I seriously want to get out of it because it is unhealthy and it is a bad cycle I have to break. So far, I have started cleaning my food intake. Although the process is a laborious one,  I have to work hard on my focus, and determination to really achieve my goal.

    My recent vacation proved how much physically unfit I have been. The longs walks I have been doing when I was younger and still slimmer proved to be more of a daunting task. I realised that I cannot fulfil my dreams if I am not physically fit. I have to do something about it.

    One way of achieving my weight loss goal is to purge all the unhealthy vices I have accumulated in the past such as:

    Bad Eating
    binging
    snacking on processed foods
    eating at fast foods and restaurants
    skipping meals
    drinking soda like it is water
    not eating enough vegetables and fruits


    Sedentary lifestyle
    sitting in front of the computer for a long period of time
    not exercising
    taking shortcuts like driving to the nearby grocery, not using the stairs, parking near the entrance, etc.
    not walking my dog regularly
    will watch the TV rather than exercise
    sleeps longer


    No will power
    no interest in keeping up with my goals
    easily swayed to give-up when the weight doesn't fall off
    not really focused
    gets very impatient


    Having analysed all my weaknesses from attaining my goals only show that I am a "big" work in progress and pun intended there, unless I do something about it. I do not want to end up sick, and unhealthy. And it is not yet too late.

    Party Is Over! Welcome 2014!

    Yes, the days of non-stop eating, partying, drinking and merriment has come to an end (temporarily!) and we are now in the first day of the new year of 2014. It's time to get serious to the reality after the holidays.

    I am not good at making resolutions but I will try to live a healthier life this year. I aim for more travels, more quality time spent with the ones I love and more blogging opps to receive.

    I don't believe in astrology nor predictions that the year of the Horse is not good for those born under the year of the Rat. I happen to be born in 1972 so that makes me under the year of the Rat. People are saying that the year of the Horse is not compatible with the Rat born people. I rebuke that and I don't believe such claims.

    I just woke up with my first payment for my blog services for the year of 2014 and the mail came from a trusted and regular sponsor. Mind you, it is in 3-digits! Is that not blessed or what?

    So there, whatever people say about this or that, I will rely on the fact that God will bless me with more opportunities because He knows I will be sharing it.
