We Will Lay Our Father-In-Law To Rest

The few days that we were here went by quite fast. It is so fast that I have barely time to absorb everything but I'm happy that we flew home to be with our families and friends; most importantly, to pay respect to the 2nd father I have known.

I feel sad but at the same time, I am relieved that my father-in-law is no longer in pain and he has finally joined our Creator in His mercy and love. He will be missed but his legacy lives on through his wife and children who love him so much.

Today is the last day that we will see his physical being as we pay our respects. It's difficult but the family has already embraced the feeling of the loss. My father-in-law is a very good man so it's really hard to say goodbye but knowing how he had lived his life helping others and even those he didn't know too well makes it a bit easy to accept the fact that he is now in peace.

Rest in Peace Tatay Pat. You are loved and will be missed...
