Yes, we get to wear fake moustache today as we show our support to Movember month. Last month was for Breast Cancer Awareness which afflicts millions of women. The Breast Cancer Awareness month of October focused on social awareness about the affliction, what it does to the afflicted and find ways to propel the cure to eradicate this deadly cancer.
Movember will be the focus this month of November. What is Movember?
Movember is the combination of the short form of moustache and November - mo + vember = Movember.
It is month-long event held every November where men (and women who supports their husbands and other male family members) show their support to the growing concerns on male ailments that takes lives of millions each year and one of these malignant ailments is prostate cancer.
For the whole month, men who supports the movement will grow their moustaches. They will register at www.movember.com to show their participation and support.
