I sometimes have a difficulty to "move" regularly because I don't drink as much water as I should to help flush the contents of my stomach after days of eating unhealthy food. ReplyDeleteIt is convenient and with the twist-off cap, you're sure that your younger kids won't be able to reach into it.
DeleteI also take probiotics by eating yogurt and drinking Yakult sometimes. But taking this dry supplement is better in a way because I don't buy yogurt or Yakult regularly. The supplement makes up for that.
I have not used any probiotics and only strongly considered this when I read your post. In the rare occasion that I suffer from constipation, I look for the trusty papaya to do the trick. LOL This is also a dietary supplement but does not guarantee weight loss?
ReplyDeleteI don't think the main ingredients for this supplement is intended for weight loss. It may be an effect of continuous usage and if one sticks to a healthy diet and regular exercise. It's more of a dietary supplement to help keep digestive tract healthy and improve one's immune system.
DeleteI also love to resort to papaya but being here in Dubai, we don't have the same papaya we have back in the Philippines. The papaya here sometimes have that off taste like I'm drinking some medicine or something.

ReplyDeleteKuya, this is for everyone po. :) Even kids can take this supplement. It just so happen that I tried it first. But seeing its effectivity, I will buy a bottle for my hubby and daughter as well. It's really a good supplement not only for a clean digestive tract but also to improve immune system.

ReplyDeleteI agree Juliana. I normally get my dose of probiotics through eating yogurt which I don't regularly have. So taking this supplement really helped. I am considering a re-order soon. :)
