Happy and comfortable feet. Those are what I want my feet to feel when I am walking great distance especially during our travels.  You can't blame me for being fussy with footwear because I am flat-footed and I seriously need an arch support in all my shoes and also flip flops! Keep Foot Pain At Bay With These Helpful Tips

We are not all born with a perfect foot arch. I am one of those flat-footed people so walking great lengths can wear me down and cause terrible pain on my feet. Not only is it painful, it is hard to find shoes that will fit me well and give my feet comfort if I do not use arch supports.
