Can't Get Fat! Not Again!

It's probably that time of the month again. I feel so bloated. Nothing seems to fit me. I can run straight to the "plus sizes" boutique now because my trousers which were just hanging to my waist last week are so tight. I wonder why!

It must be the over-load of carbohydrates lately. I am not a rice eater, well at least, not everyday. However, the past few days, I have been eating a cup of rice for lunch. It is unusual for me to do that but my friend keeps bringing me nice "chicken biryani" for lunch and shares her large portion to me. Who can say no to grace?!?

I will be checking the Best over the counter diet pills available here in Dubai because I think I will need them. Exercise-wise, I am very on track but the eating of carbs is getting a bit out of hand. What can I do, I love biryani!!!

Weight Loss on Track Again

I temporarily slowed down in my quest to lose weight when I dropped 4 kilos in a span of a month's time. The doctor advised me to take it easy because it was not good for my body to take in such a drastic loss in a short period of time. So, I went easy and forgot to go back on my quest to lose more weight.

With the onset of the cooler months, losing weight has become more challenging because it is harder to sweat. I have to start my weight loss program again by October whether I like it or not. I cannot fall in a rut.

I am considering to try diet pills that actually work but have to be careful since I have hypertension. The doctor said that I have to consult a physician before I actually buy a diet supplement due to my condition.

On second thought, I will go back to my salad-eating habits again and skip on the bad carbs and sodas. I lost weight by skipping on sodium too. So going back to that clean eating (albeit, bland and sometimes boring) habit will definitely jump-start my metabolism again.

This is it! The weight loss program is on!

Missed Running

I have not run for the past week because of work demands. My body is just too tired to go through another strenuous activity.

I tried jumping around and stationary walking just to keep the blood pumping. However, running gives me a different kind of high. I feel that when I walk and run, I am actually maximizing my exercise. I lose weight fast like I have taken the best diet pills available in the market.

My body is asking for more serious running and walking. I sort of miss that regimen which actually aided my weight loss goal.

Not Fat, Just ROUND!

Try as I might to dispel the thought that becoming rotund runs in our genes. Both of my parents are slightly round, my sister is also in the "fat" side, my brother is like a walking Buddha and one of my niece is like a ball.

So there, we are a family of round people. I used to be skinny prior to reaching mid-thirties. I even fit on pre-teens clothing until I was about 35. Then boom! All those unwanted fats started to creep in from nowhere and next thing I knew, I was wearing XL-sized clothes.

I tried every imaginable diet out there but fell flat. I even checked websites upon websites about diet pills that work , starved myself, went vegan for a while and did the no-food after 6 fad too. Some worked, some didn't so I was back to square one.

I know better now. I am regularly exercising since I already lost 4 kilos. I don't want to stop now and fall back to my bad routine of eating chips and being sedentary. I just want to move and move and lose more weight the healthy way. It may take time. I am not in a rush as long as I do it the healthy way.

Side Effects of Bad Diets

Going through a diet is not really all that bad depending on every individual's case. My approach to a diet may be different from the others.

There are diets which are extreme because it deprives you of getting some nutrients you can only get from other food groups. Even taking dietary supplements have its ups and downs if you do not properly consult a physician. The side effects of diet pills and going through extreme diets without consulting a doctor is having dizziness, yo-yo weight loss effect, dry skin, upset stomach, mood swings and even depression, constipation, edema, skin abnormalities, menstrual irregularities and osteoporosis.

Aid in Losing Weight

It seems like I am not the only one with weight problems. My friend is also looking for the best weight loss pills she can find in the market because she needs to lose weight fast. Her hubby is coming home for a brief vacation from work this March and she wants to surprise him. I told her to check out the nutrition shops in her place and read some reviews of weight loss pills from internet sites just to get information to help her decide on which one to actually purchase.

Review on Diet Pills

This quest to lose weight has taken so much of my time lately. I have been going through the internet and checking diet pill reviews to aid me in my decision on which product to choose depending on its availability here in Dubai.

I just previously posted about the green tea weight loss supplement my aunt gave me. I have not tried that yet but will consider after I gather the necessary information I require before I take the plunge. I am giving myself time to think things through so when I am ready, I will use some supplements to make me lose weight. Fast!
