Weight Loss Goal

I am not sure what happened to my weight loss goal this year but it's already the 3rd quarter of 2011 and I am heavier than ever.

I cannot pinpoint the exact reason why I cannot lose weight like I used to. I am thinking whether something is wrong with my thyroid. I know someone who was bigger than me and lost weight without even trying because she had hyperthyroidism. I may have the hypo kind.

I am still exercising regularly although not as intense like my prior workouts because it is terribly hot here and I am getting light-headed. 

My intention to shed the fats this year is still a primary goal. I may need the best weight loss pills in the market if I want to do this fast. However, I am considering my hypertension too. I cannot take medication of any supplement just like that without consulting the physician.

Why is weight such a troublesome issue to tackle? I keep wondering why we were not made with a different setting so when we want to go fuller size, we just press a button and we get a bit chubby. Press another button if you want to be svelte and voila! I hope we were all made like that.

Burn the Fats Now

I strayed for a while with my diet regimen and exercise due to work load. It has been a whirlwind of stress and cumbersome load in the office that I find it hard to spare extra time to stick to my regular exercise routine. My eating habits was also affected by the temporary manic schedule I had. I am back on track now.

The need to keep moving is my constant goal every week. I started power-walking in the park every Friday morning since 2 weeks ago. I also do jumping jacks for at least 2 minutes every other day. A lot of my daily routine before has changed as well. I started using the stairs again. I asked my hubby to drop me off a block away from the office so I can walk. I use the rest room which is far from my room. I am back to eating salads and grilled stuff.

Although my weight loss went into a plateau last month, I am working hard to jump-start my metabolism before winter comes. Otherwise, it is going to be very difficult to sweat it out. I know there are other means to aid my weight loss like taking lipo 6 hers and other weight loss supplements and following low-sodium diets to keep the water retention at bay.

My goal is to lose more weight. I have lost 4 kilos so far and have not gained since then but, I have also not lost anything after that. So I am kind of in a balance right now. I need to tip the scale towards weight loss and I will do that to burn the fats. All I have to do is focus, commit my time and self to this healthy cause and surely, success will be sweet!

Half An Hour Run

I ran for half an hour today. I didn't want to go more than that since my knees would give up. I still have plenty of weight to lose so I am taking it slowly but surely.

I put the treadmill on level 2 incline to give my run more oomph and substance. I wore an elastic band around my waist to encourage sweating specially on my waist area which is my main problem. After the half an hour run, I ate a meatloaf sandwich and downed 2 full glasses of water to re-hydrate myself.

A lot of people can do an hour stretch of running but I cannot subject myself to that. I have read in the web that if you run right away without building your stamina, you will only get injuries. Also, I have checked the web for the best weight loss supplements available in the market to aid my weight loss; apart from drinking green tea. I am also taking omega 3 fatty acid as a supplement to help my joints and heart.

I still have a long way to go. Like I always tell everybody, I don't mind the slow, steady pace as long as I get to my goal the healthy and proper way.

Savory Thai Food

I have been in Bangkok many times over the past years. Each visit is not different from the previous - enjoyable and relaxing! Well, that was the purpose of our travel anyway, to rest and relax and have fun.

I have binged a little because I love Thai food so much. I am very careful of the sodium and fatty contents of the food though. I know when to stop eating but if the food is as sumptuous as the Thai delicacies, I think I will need generic Phentermine to combat the appetite. I have been good with the food-intake so far. I hope I don't derail on my quest.

The food is just great! The fresh fruits everywhere are tempting. The savory scent of Thai cuisine is just captivating. Thank goodness we're leaving tomorrow. I just have to control myself one more day.

Losing Weight

I am very glad that my weight finally budged a little. I have lost 3 kilos in a months time simply by avoiding salty and oily food. I have changed my eating habits and eats more grilled white meat than fried version. My family and friends are starting to notice the difference. I can feel the difference too because of my loose pants. Although I have considered taking Lipofuze to aid my weight loss program, I have temporarily put that plan on hold. I am still doing it the slow and sure way. I know I will make it. I just have to remain determined to resist the temptation to eat junk food and to motivate myself to exercise regularly. I will see the end result in due time and one day, will thank myself for being steadfast.

Getting Tight

My clothes are getting tighter and tighter each passing day. This calls for an extreme work out and a cut back on the sweets I have been indulging to lately.

I already scheduled a trip to the nearby nutrition shop in our area to check out their weight loss products. I vowed not to join the gym yet because I have done that in the past and ended up wasting big bucks for not committing.

I wonder what happened to my will-power when it comes to exercising and dieting. I just slipped and can't seem to go back on track. However, looking at my tight clothes makes me reconsider my options. I just have to do it!

It seems like I am not the only one with weight problems. My friend is also looking for the best weight loss pills she can find in the market because she needs to lose weight fast. Her hubby is coming home for a brief vacation from work this March and she wants to surprise him. I told her to check out the nutrition shops in her place and read some reviews of weight loss pills from internet sites just to get information to help her decide on which one to actually purchase.

Review on Diet Pills

This quest to lose weight has taken so much of my time lately. I have been going through the internet and checking diet pill reviews to aid me in my decision on which product to choose depending on its availability here in Dubai.

I just previously posted about the green tea weight loss supplement my aunt gave me. I have not tried that yet but will consider after I gather the necessary information I require before I take the plunge. I am giving myself time to think things through so when I am ready, I will use some supplements to make me lose weight. Fast!


Quick Weight Loss Product

My aunt bought me a quick weight loss product but I will not name the brand. It comes in 2 big plastic bottles containing 60 capsules each. I have not tried it yet as I am weighing many factors. First, I want to make sure it will not make my heart palpitate. Second, it must be approved by the FDA and lastly, it must not make me move all the time like most fat burner pills.

I will start taking the product soon but I need to increase my workout session because the weight loss supplement contains green tea so I will be more active the usual. However, I am still looking for other weight loss supplements but have yet to hear from people who have tried them.

Quick Trim

Nothing is more rewarding than obtaining your goals. When it comes to my weight loss goal this year, I am far from the victory line.

I am regularly exercising but the weight has not budged yet. I am thinking of ways to make my effort rewarding by cutting back on my food intake, raising my cardio and fussing around. I just have to keep moving.

On top of those activities, I am also searching the Internet for good sites to give me information on supplements, for example: www.quicktrimreviews.com. The product offered there has a review so it can give me insight. I will check the nutrition shop again this weekend if I can find Quick Trim here in Dubai.
